A professional with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Planning having 10 years’ experience in consulting is required. The candidate should have competencies in multimodal network planning and travel demand modelling, transportation serving strategies for large scale developments and modern integrated-land use transportation planning principles. Experience in leading multi-disciplinary large scale transportation planning projects would be essential. Knowledge of strategic transportation modelling and specific “hands on experience” using packages like EMME/3 or VISUM or TransCAD would be advantageous
