• The Candidate Should Also Have The Following Key Attributes
• The candidate should be suitably qualified with an undergraduate degree in Town and Regional Planning and a second degree in economics. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in undertaking consulting assignments with a focus on project evaluation, land-use planning, formulation of economic strategy, econometrics and public finance is required.
• Have excellent, executive level client engagement skills.
• Be able to generate work and manage a portfolio of projects.
• Can work independently and within a team environment.
• Be willing and capable of developing a team of development/real estate economists.
• Be a good communicator with excellent presentation skills and report writing skills.

• A professional with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Planning having 10 years’ experience in consulting is required. The candidate should have competencies in multimodal network planning and travel demand modelling, transportation serving strategies for large scale developments and modern integrated-land use transportation planning principles. Experience in leading multi-disciplinary large scale transportation planning projects would be essential. Knowledge of strategic transportation modelling and specific “hands on experience” using packages like EMME/3 or VISUM or TransCAD would be advantageous
