Early Years Teaching Assistant needed for primary schools across North London.

Your new role

• You will be required to work with early years children in reception as a Teaching Assistant, you will ensure pupils have the necessary support needed to complete tasks in line with the national curriculum and ensure all pupils remain focused on set tasks. In-class support will be required, as well as 1:1 support you may be required to work with children who have specific learning difficulties.
• You must have a good knowledge of the EYFS, MAKATON and previously supported early years children. An important part of the role will be to liaise effectively with colleagues who have an academic or pastoral role with this pupil. A creative approach and sense of humour will be vital. The salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

What you'll need to succeed

• For teaching assistant roles, you must have relevant experience as a teaching assistant within a Primary setting and be confident in communicating with parents, staff and pupils. You must have a passion for working with both primary aged pupils as a teaching assistant.
