    Faurecia South Africa is looking for a Sales Engineer Tooling Audit Coordinator to be located in Cape Town.

    Integrated within the Sales Organization of a given Customer Business Unit (“CBU”), the Tooling Audit coordinator is responsible to oversee and manage customer tooling audits to completion.

    The Main Missions Of The Role Are To

    • Manage the preparation of the Ford tooling audits to completion for our two branches (Faurecia Clean Mobility and Faurecia Interior Systems)
    • Oversee all data collection activities by Purchasing, Engineering, Finance and Sales to support completing the Tooling Audit Summary files to Ford requirements
    • Put actions plans in place and arrange meetings with relevant departments to drive and ensure progress
    • Person to be a hands-on resource shared between Finance and Sales supporting document collection and entering data into Tooling Audit Summary files
    • Scan documents in and prepare for evidence presentations to Ford
    • Report status and progress to management

    The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be

    • Minimum 2-3 years administrative working experience, collecting and studying data
    • Financial and technical background
    • Computer skilled (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
    • Experience in importing & validating data
    • Present conclusions gained from analysing data using Microsoft Excel
    • Information management
    • Business intelligence
    • Good analytical skills and strong Accountability
    • Very detailed-oriented
    • Administrative strong
    • Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills
    • Business international mindset
    • Results-driven, Client orientation and Team player
    • Problem-solving
