    Strategic Account Executive

    Job description

    Primeserv HR Solutions, an entrepreneurial consulting business, is looking for a high-performing Strategic Account Manager passionate about partnering and building long-term relationships with new and allocated current customers, contributing to skills development of people, and meeting business growth strategies through sales.

    Description:

    • Represent Primeserv HR Solutions to market within the defined targeted market (territory/sector or product champion).
    • Provide learning solutions / consulting services to Corporate Clients by expanding the marketing through new business development initiatives and expanding allocated key accounts.
    • Professional networking and active participation in defined sectors (SETA’s professional bodies, industry stakeholders)
    • Participate /contribute towards business review, strategic and business planning based on market demands/shifts
    • Engage with the sales team sharing knowledge /experiences on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities and needs
    • Manage customer (internal and external) satisfaction efficiently, through the Operations Team
    • Achieve growth and sales performance goals and metrics.
    • Adhere to high ethical and compliance standards required of a JSE listed business
    • Own reliable transport essential
    • Ability to converse in Xhosa

    Minimum requirements:

    • Relevant tertiary degree/diploma (HR/Education/ODETDP/Management/Sales)
    • Five years minimum senior level consulting /sales/client service experience
    • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales budgets by providing excellent and relevant services to clients
    • Knowledge of the learning/training/skills landscape – SETA’s, SDA, Learnerships (funded & self funded), Qualifications, Skills Programmes, Skills Audits
    • Excellent IT/Computer skills, Sales Reporting and Tracking (CRM)
    • Excellent analytical skills – needs analysis & solution matching
    • Excellent negotiating/persuading skills especially at executive level
    • Ability to work at executive level internally and with corporate clients
    • Excellent networking skills
    • Self Managed – goal directed, mature sales approach
