Cold call, as appropriate within large organisations or SME organisations with either large National footprints or smaller Regional opportunities
Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the targeted organizations
Research and build relationships with new clients
Plan approaches and pitches. Work with company’s team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution / service
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Use an Entrepreneurial and Strategic mind-set to engage via personal entertainment and corporate relationship techniques to open doors to potential new business for the company on a Regional or National basis.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and large business footprints that will lead to an increase in sales and relationships.
Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Minimum requirements:
Related tertiary qualification
Minimum 8 years Sales / Marketing / New Business Development experience
MBA would be beneficial
Successful candidate should be highly networked and have the ability to create, maintain and leverage off senior relations that will ensure business growth for the organisation.
