Origination Manager Retention and Digital at Capfin

Job Description

The successful candidate will be the process owner of the loan origination process across digital channels, as well as marketing to the customer base. This includes the effective and consistent origination and retention implementation of the business strategy. Adherence to the credit policy in relation to the origination business processes, systems, monitoring and analysis of these processes in accordance to KPI’s.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Performance Areas:

• Accurate implementation of credit policy
• Digital Activation rate within agreed upon range
• Retention rate within agreed upon range
• Identifying opportunities to optimise the digital origination process that leads to increased activation and retention rate and disbursements
• Appropriate actions taken when trends change or issues are identified

Qualifications:

Degree in finance / mathematics / statistics / information technology or related discipline

Experience:

8 + years in a related process and analytical role, preferably in an unsecured loans business (Customer retention marketing across various channels, digital product owner)
