Job Description

In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. Some of these deliverables would include

•     Provide Data Migration approach and define the Methodology for data migration in SAP (SD,MM,PP or WM)
•     Project specific solutioning, understanding various components and suggest best fit to a project during its initial planning/setup
•     Standardize the data migration processes/tools across instances to fit industry best practices
•     Mentors and Develops the team technically for Data Migration/Conversion projects
•     Introduce continuous improvement strategy for data conversion team.
•     Periodically audit, measure Project’s Health and shares the outcome with Leadership.
•     Connect with Data Conversion “governance”, “Quality”, “SteadyState” / Data & BI global data management groups to ensure data process compliance across all Data Conversion attributes
•     Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure process compliance and delivery

As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

•     Deep experience in SAP Data Migration with focus on design, governance, strategy ownership and Leading Data Migration teams
•     Must have Global ERP Rollout Experience with Global ERP Process.
•     Must have Designed, Managed and Owned Data Migration Strategy
•     Must have previous experience with Data Migration Tool Ownership
•     Must have Managed, Led and Run Cross-programme Data integration forum
•     Should have experience in Data migration Issue resolution
•     Ability to single-handedly to manage, estimate and design Data Profiling/De-duping/Cleansing/Master Data Governance solutions across multiple SAP instances
•     Experience of Architecting Data Landscape and Solutions for large corporation and implementations.
•     Experienced working in a Data Conversion development environment & able to provide thought leadership around strategic direction for best practice & upgrade coordination
•     Strong Understanding of SAP ERP systems and different modules
•     Extensive experience in developing and deploying technical architecture & code level best practice in data conversion

Preferred

•     Project Management Methodologies – Waterfall and Agile
•     Certification in SAP Data Migration Services
