    GWIM Sr. Operations Rep

    Job description

    Job Description

    • Responsible for review & processing of TEFRA withholding requests & researching tax reporting inquiries received via phone, email and ASAP
    • Review daily $10,000 and over reports and notifying branch offices of non-compliance issues
    • Works with other TRS units to process corrections to Tax Reporting Statements
    • Update and maintain current tax lots and for unrealized and realized gains/losses
    • Liaison between internal units/departments in the immediate resolution of all problems related to Cost Basis / Capital Change Transactions
    • Overtime is required & sometimes mandatory

    Requirement

    • Highly motivated
    • Strong organization skills
    • Ability to respond to internal and external client requests
    • Work independently as well as within a team
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
    • Excellent analytical / reconciliation and written/verbal communication skills
