This role is both a strategic and operational role. You will be working within a small, fast-moving team, focussed on creating and implementing our SEM & SEO strategy.
- Manage tactical execution of organic search strategies that include, performing regular site audits, comprehensive and complex keyword research, analysis and portfolio management to identify and drive growth opportunities; On-site content optimization; Ownership & reporting of key SEO performance metrics
- Manage and help plan support infrastructure, including any work with SEO agencies, consultants and contractors
- Manage and drive SEO reporting construct, develop and present weekly updates to demonstrate the impact of company’s investment to management team
- Understand the search engine ranking algorithm
- Set up, manage and optimise PPC campaigns
- Ensure campaigns meet strategic targets and key growth and performance KPI's
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Monitoring and setup of Google analytics/search console
- Understanding of Organic Growth and the interaction between paid & organic traffic
- Implement and monitor search engine optimisation strategies
- Adhere to deadlines, budgets and strict deliverables
- Advise on content optimisation
- Inbound link building campaigns and audits
- Keep pace with SEM, SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
- Work closely with the other team members to meet goals
- Proficiently use Google Analytics and monitoring and preparing detailed reports
- Google products: My Business, AdWords, Analytics, Keyword Planner and Webmaster Tools (Google Analytics certification a plus)
- Microsoft Office: proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- At least four years at a digital agency
- At least five years’ experience in SEO & SEM
- Experience with AdWords, Bing, Facebook Business, Twitter ads, Web Analytics, Tracking and bid management
