Senior Business Analyst at DotModus

Job Description

Experience as a Business Analyst primarily within projects focused on: significant Business Change, Process Change. A comprehensive ability to gather and help define requirements from stakeholders, document these requirements and complete the process through to delivery. Ensure that requirements are tracked throughout an Agile delivery process. Work with key stakeholders throughout the organisation to ensure that the reputation of the project is preserved and that key messages are communicated appropriately from various Business Units, Sales, Operations and other key internal stakeholders.

KEY SKILLS:

• Self-starter and self-driven to make change
• Strong background in business analysis .
• Proven experience in gathering, analysing and prioritising requirements from
• stakeholders across the organization
• Good knowledge of Process Modeling tools eg. MS Visio using BPMN
• Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to apply creative and innovative thinking, challenge the status quo and drive beneficial process improvements
• Excellent relationship management skills, including the ability to negotiate, agree and then manage the scope of activities
• Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to facilitate workshops and effective solution brainstorming
• Highly developed critical thinking, interpretative and analytical skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Business Analysis Degree or Diploma
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Flexibility to respond to change
• 8 or more years experience within the financial /banking sector as a Business Analyst.
