Job description

• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts
• Tax administration (PAYE, VAT, UIF and Company Tax)
• Compiling the following at Exco Level:
• Flash results
• Monthly actual results
• Results interpretation and attribution
• Exco Pack
• Drafting of annual financial statements
• Manage external audit
• Manage budget and process
• Oversee debtors department and payments
• Stock recons
• Fixed assets
• ABSA reports
• Commission reports
• Payroll
• Raising of appropriate provisions and accruals

In order to be considered for the position, the following requirements must be met:

• Matric
• B COMM Honours
• Min of 5 years’ experience in a FM role
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel for reporting
