    Digital Marketing Manager

    Job description

    Purpose of the Job

    Responsible to liaise across department within Nissan South Africa to ensure the right strategic digital marketing plan for the region, get buy-in and support of demand, lead and pipeline generation activities utilizing the most leading and up to date digital and modern marketing tools.

    KPAs

    • Strategically plan, manage and execute measureable, integrated modern marketing plans with a strong focus on digital marketing for customers & partners.
    • Be the driving force behind Nissan Digital Marketing in Africa defining and implementing strategic marketing activities that deliver highly targeted, multi-channel touches across the customer lifecycle.
    • Act as a key partner and subject matter expert to the sales and business development teams, working closely with them to optimize the marketing budget, creating sales opportunities to contribute to the overall success of the business.
    • Monitor, analyze and report on performance of each campaign and communicate results and plan for improvement; check lead quality and sales follow-up, and action timely if required.
    • Control over all Digital and Social Media channels to achieve the maximum ROI as well as increasing the SOV for the Nissan Brand.
    • Strong focus on achieving and exceeding AMI Digital KPI’s to increases SRS and Engagement.
    • Key role in integration of M&S systems to effectively implement the CJ2020 digital strategy and position Nissan South Africa as a benchmark in the automotive space.
    • Developing and executing integrated modern marketing plans based on business needs and with a deep understanding of audience generation strategies and segmentation for the complete buying cycle.
