    Receptionist (JHB Office)

    Job description

    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    Sygnia is looking for a well-groomed and professional Receptionist to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate is required to be a team player, enthusiastic, and has natural sense of urgency for completing tasks.

    DUTIES AND DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answering a busy switchboard
    • General front office administration d
    • Arranging travel
    • Uploading online orders
    • Ordering of stationery
    • Ensuring all boardroom room meetings runs smoothly daily
    • Handling of petty cash
    • Various other adhoc administrative duties

    ROLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Matric Certificate
    • Diploma/Degree advantageous
    • Previous experience in a similar role advantageous
    • Confident and well spoken,
    • Professional
    • Good telephone etiquette
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Self-motivated and proactive and exhibit a "can do" attitude,
    • Display the ability to service a diverse client base
