    Human capital Project Coordinator (systems)

    Job description

    • Manage the co-ordination of change and training activities for all HC projects in the organisational design and human capital services areas, specifically with a focus on systems implementations. The role will administer various HC systems and support employees in using these systems.
    • Systems Administrator for various Human Capital Systems.
    • Coordination of project requirements, systems audits and governance activities.
    • Management of support content in the various systems.
    • System reporting and tracking.
    • Reviewing of statistics and recommend actions.
    • Monitor employee master data management – interface / integration into performance management system.
    • Email distribution lists, reporting lines aligned in various systems.
    • HRIS Project Meeting & Minute management.
    • Ensure document repository for project record keeping and naming convention.
    • Financial reconciliations associated with project expenses.
    • Project reporting / flash reports, analysis, exception reports, monthly reports, etc.
    • Monitoring of submissions / transactions to encourage new system adoption.
    • Managing system content for self-help purposes (FAQ’s).
    • On boarding of new businesses.

    Qualifications / Experience:

    • Matric / Grade 12.
    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Human Capital systems implementations and administration.
    • Experience in co-ordinating and managing systems implementations from logistics, training, data migration, blueprinting activities, across diverse groups with high complexity levels.
    • Applied Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills to an advanced level and Project at a basic level.

    • High sense of urgency.
    • Ability to work across multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
    • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business, to persuade others in order to achieve results and to maintain relationships.
    • High tolerance for stress / resilient.
