    Australian Campaign Team Manager

    Job Description

    AUSTRALIAN CAMPAIGN TEAM MANAGER

    Mango 5 Cape Town branch based in the Airport Industria is looking for a highly professional and experienced BPO Team Manager for one of our most successful and fastest growing Australian Lead Generation Campaigns.

    OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

    As a member of our management team, you will be tasked with the management and coaching of a team of Outbound Lead Generators, ensuring operational excellence, productivity and cost-effective management with

    adherence to schedule, and ensuring that the team delivers on

    all daily targets etc

    MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

    • Manage agent and overall team performance e.g. productivity, adherence to schedule, andensuring that the team delivers on all daily targets etc
    • Individual agent performance management; ensuring
    • performance contracts are in place
    • Monitoring SLA's across all service offerings; ensuring service
    • quality standards are met and that they are being adhered to
    • Maximize operational efficiency by creative utilization of
    • resources
    • Managing all information workflow and collate and feedback to
    • the business
    • Conducting daily / monthly / quarterly one on on session with agents
    • Coaches and supports all agents in order to ensure at all times
    • sufficient, competent and motivated people are available to
    • realize the team's objectives.


    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric (National Senior Certificate)
    • Minimum of 12 months Call Centre Team Leader Experience
    • Australian Campaign experience (highly advantageous)
    • Must have your own reliable transport
    • Ability to work shifts as the campaign operates during the night
    • Clear disciplinary and criminal Record
    • Absolutely trustworthy with the highest standards of personal integrity
    • Time Management skills
    • Flexible, self-motivated and proactive
    • Strategic thinker
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, team management and leadership

    WORKING HOURS:

    Night Shift 01:00 AM 11:00 AM Monday to Friday (No weekends)

    SALARY:

    Basic Salary: R10 000 R12 000 (including Night Shift Allowance)

    depending on skill set and experience

    Commission: R2000

    TRANSPORT:

    Must have your own vehicle.
