    Job description

    Position:

    ThinkSales Corporation (Pty) Ltd is growing the team and looking for a talented, hardworking and diligent Psychometrist to facilitate the administration of our assessment solutions as well as compiling and presenting professional and value added reports for clients.

    HPCSA registration as a Psychometrist is imperative as well as a minimum 4 years’ experience as a practising psychometrist, along with a relevant degree and a valid driver’s licence.

    We are offering a CTC basic of R18,000.00 – R24,000.00 based strictly on current earnings, experience and a proven track record. This is a CTC inclusive of a medical aid contribution, cellphone and travel allowance. The appointed candidate will be expected to have a medical aid/hospital plan in place. The basic is negotiable up to 10% above current earnings, within the salary bracket listed above.

    Key Responsibilities (Summary):

    • Assessment Administration & Account Management for all clients
    • Customer Assessment Training & Feedback
    • Data Collection for SA Norms with continuous development to meet HPCSA standards
    • Internal training for sales teams on Assessments
    • Support sales teams in-field with product and subject matter expertise
    • Attending to internal Assessment needs relating to Recruitment
    • Ability to prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and to give presentations to Clients
    • Actively engage in research and development of products and assessment offerings
    • Assistance with HR function in terms of preparation of Role Profiles

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Mature candidate (25 years+)
    • Expert knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Advanced level of Excel
    • Minimum 4 years corporate / psychometric consulting work experience
    • Advanced ability to prioritise and complete workload to agreed deadlines
    • Advanced reasoning ability for both verbal and written tasks
    • Exceptional self-management and organisational skills
    • Analytical with high attention to detail
    • Advanced face-to-face and telephonic communication skills / interpersonal / listening skills
    • Resilient, adaptable and effective stress management skills
    • Customer-centric approach in personal interactions
    • Actively engages in business and personal development

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • Honours (Equivalent) Degree in Practical Psychometry
    • Registration with Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) under independent practice

    Beneficial:

    • Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology / Psychology
    • Completed a minimum of one year internship in corporate and/or private work at a service and/or solution-based company

    Reporting Structure:

    Reports to Senior Psychometrist and General Manager.
