To ensure that insurance claims are handled efficiently and that payments are made for valid claims.

Key Responsibilities

To capture new motor vehicle claims, do administration and process the claims captured.
Must be able to decide on the extent and validity of a claim, checking for any potential fraudulent activity.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 1 years administrative experience
• Minimum 6 months in the STI environment
