    Quality Assurance Officer

    Job description

    Location: Cape Town

    Reporting to the General Manager International Life Solutions, this role is responsible for the monitoring of the quality and customer experience provided by our Tele Services team. By identifying training needs, reviewing feedback and providing reporting to internal business partners, you will contribute to the delivery of high standards and practices in order to maintain a profitable risk portfolio for TAL.

    To be successful in your application we are looking for the following skills and experience:

    • Demonstrated experience in a similar quality assurance position in the life insurance industry
    • Good working knowledge of professional standards and codes
    • Excellent telephone and interviewing skills
    • Exceptional customer service experience
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to work autonomously
