    Learning & Development Business Partner

    Job description

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Be a contributor to the establishment and implementation of the DEVELOP Centre of Expertise (CoEx) for the business and all regions in Africa;
    • Provide assistance to the design and implement learning solutions and experiences (for all functions and regions) that optimize and unlock employee and reseller potential to energise and maximise performance;
    • Within your primary region (ZAR), facilitate and support the attraction, recruitment and selection of highly capable employees and resellers;
    • Within your primary region (ZAR), intentionally work at retaining employees/resellers and developing an effective, results-oriented regional operations committee;
    • Integrate the reporting and administration of functional and regional operations into the business cycle, communicating with accuracy and insight.

    About the person

    The successful candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:

    • A valid matric certificate;
    • A relevant post-graduate qualification (honours in Industrial Psychology would be an advantage);
    • 3-5 years of experience in a development role or a training department;
    • Previous work experience in a fast paced environment and a complex matrix structured organisation;
    • Experience within the software industry would be an advantage;
    • Knowledge of the Skills Development Act;
    • Knowledge of Discretionary and mandatory grant process;
    • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written;
    • Understands the role of L&D in improving business performance;
    • Strong PC Literacy and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.

    Monthly Salary:

    TCTC R25K-R28K, including company benefit (salary will depend on experience and qualification).
