    Operations Manager

    Job description

    The successful applicant will be responsible for operational management to ensure efficient support of the day-to-day running of the business. responsibilties will include:

    • Oversee and manage client support services, including the ensuring of SLA availability of customer support at all times;
    • Continuously improve and maximize the output of the various support services that underpin daily operations, including customer support, error investigation, reconciliation support, etc. ;
    • Ensure that standard procedures are followed by the operations team;
    • Assist in the quality assurance (QA) process before go-live of products;
    • Provide regular feedback to the COO with regards to critical operational issues, progress updates, system requirements and process improvements.
