Job location: Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa

Salary range: R450,000 - R550,000 Annual TCTC

Job summary:

The Area Operations Manager is responsible for operational/maintenance activities for all the branches of a Pragma client in the retail industry for the Free State / Northern Cape Provinces. Building a good relationship with the managers of that division is vitally important and will include technical committee meetings held every fortnight. You will be required to provide technical support to the Regional Managers in the that division and knowledge and experience in the field of facilities management and refrigeration will be a great advantage.

The Area Operations Manager will also have the responsibility to ensure the Pragma Way is well understood and executed.
