Please note that this is a three-month intern position.

This role is perfect for an entry-level applicant who wants to experience first-hand what it is like to be part of an energetic marketing team. This role is at the core of andBeyond’s marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.

Key outputs:

• As the marketing intern, you will report to the marketing CMO and gain exposure to multiple aspects of the marketing sphere, including the world of luxury travel.
• Schedule meetings on behalf of the marketing team
• Coordinate various marketing projects
• Assist with general administration within the marketing team
• Upload social media posts into &Beyond’s social media scheduling tool

Personal Skills/Attributes

• Communication – excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Planning and organisation – able to think ahead and prioritise activities.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel (comfortable with spreadsheets)
• Resilience – strong ability to cope under pressure. Demonstrates an approach to work that is characterised by commitment, motivation and energy.
• Proactive, self-starter
