Job description

We are looking for intermediate to senior Change Manager candidates for contract opportunities (6 month duration, initially).

A minimum of 4+ years’ Change Management experience is imperative – please note that candidates with insufficient experience will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Expertise

General Experience & Qualifications:

• Change Management – 4+ years experience in a corporate environment
• Experience on either PoPI (Protection of Personal Information), or Access Management projects is preferrable
• Programme level experience, working with multiple projects simultaneously, is beneficial
• Experience with embedding system-, process- and people focussed projects (as part of a larger programme) is imperative
• Both transactional (operational) & transformational (strategic) CM experience required
• Relevant B-degree or equivalent qualification
