A well known FMCG company is currently looking for a stable Finance Executive / Director CA (SA)

• Drive commercial Group best practice, transformation into new group structures, simplified accounting and reporting processes, deliver commercial economies of scale and efficiencies
• Responsible for the entire Divisions commercial function, performance management and commercial budget
• Maximise Divisions working capital management
• Implement and control the commercial aspects of hedging strategies determined by Procurement
• Maintain derivative controls
• Oversee supply chain cost policies, cost drivers, changes in standards and accounting policies
• Oversee Divisions credit control
• Oversee risk management and corporate governance related issues within Divisions
• Manage the internal and external audit relationship
• Manage the Divisions / Alexander Forbes insurance / risk management relationship
• Oversee the submission of tax returns and necessary documentation required by the company for SARS.
• Co-ordinate and manage the budget and forecasting process
• Review Capex proposals, Post Installation Reviews, Due Diligence reviews before submission to the Board
• Guide Category Commercial Managers with strategy formulation, budgeting, forecasting and sensitivity analysis of key cost drivers in the strategic business plan and budget.
• Manage the financial year-end process and approve the financial results with the Managing Executive
• Manage the relationship with the company Information Systems team and ensure system performance and service levels are at agreed levels.
• Prepare reports and management packs in order to provide relevant business information to all stakeholders
