Our Client, a global leader in the Food & Beverage industry has an exciting opportunity for a Dairy product development expert to lead the development of new products as well as re-engineering existing products.
You will lead a product development team that will be responsible for coordinating daily development work, reacting to customer requests, managing the protfolio of development opportunities as well as working with sensory teams and manufacturing when required. Your interpersonal and cross-functional interaction ability will be useful when liaising with the Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing departments as well as with Customers. Finacial acumen witll be tesetd as you will be required to manage the budget of the product development division and take corrective action when variances arise.
A Degree in Food Technology/Science or equivalent coupled with at least 6 to 8 years product development experience in the Food/Beverage industry is required. at least 3 to 5 years experience should be within a Dairy environment.
