Job Description

My client, a local engineering company, is currently looking for a Receptionist for a short term temporary assignment. The assignment will be from Monday 8th May for one week. There could be a possibility for future ad hoc temp assignments with this particular employer.

Tasks Include

• General reception duties
• Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• Meet and greet all visitors to site and ensure they sign in on arrival
• Assisting visitors with their enquiries
• Booking of meeting rooms
• Provide a point of contact in case of emergencies
• Hours
• Monday - Friday
• 8:30 - 17:00
• Free onsite parking will be available on site.
