Job description

• Assist with recruitment processes
• Screening CV's As Per Job Descriptions
• Calling candidates which are deemed successful as per HR team and manager
• HR filing and general administration
• Attending to HR queries from Staff
• Filing and maintenance of employee files and administration
• Assist the HR generalist in completing the payroll
• Checking time sheets and overtime applications
• Assist in checking offers and contracts of employment to be sent to new staff
• Policy enforcement
• Induction delivery (new staff)
• Support department in compiling monthly reports on HR related matters

Requirements

• Matric
• HR Diploma/Degree
• 1 year HR experience
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
• Well organized
• Works methodically
• Customer centric
• Approachable
• Team player
• Abile to work independently
