    Digital Media, Business Development Executive

    Job Description

    We’re looking for a dynamic, driven ,vibrant, business development machine to spearhead our JNB sales efforts. If you think you meet these criteria and have brand and agency sales experience – please get in touch.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with Sales Director to build relationships with brands and agency clients
    • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential agencies and brands direct
    • Customer relationship management
    • Management of Insertion orders to clients and agencies

    Task Details

    • Identify premium advertising opportunities and adjust content of sales presentations by client
    • Acquire new customers
    • Identify client needs requirements and propose solutions
    • Identify campaign objectives and work with teams on strategy and implementation
    • Work with Creative Head on new proposals to clients
    • Manage all client communication which relates to campaigns
    • Manage IO’s
    • Client and agency meetings

    Key Relationships

    • CEO
    • National Sales Director

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Build and close pipeline
    • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets
    • Sales revenue growth and maintenance
    • Client retention and relations

    Role Responsibilities

    • Take MaxAxion media proposition to market focusing on new business development
    •  Increase revenue for the organization from the accounts allocated.
    •  Ensure that sales targets are met
    •  Ensures all clients receive quality customer care.
    •  Manage all aspects of allocated clients, from proposals, media forecasts, estimating costs, managing budgets, allocating resources and writing reports for the clients and agency management team.
    •  Liaise with clients and keep them updated with progress reports.
    •  Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional conferences
    •  Cultivate a good working relationship with other departments
