Business Development Manager at Zensar Technologies

Job Description

We are looking for an expert in Business Development Manager Role focusing on BFS (Banking and financial services) domain.

Job Specs:

• Overall experience is about 5 Years in relevant role (Sales – with Revenue targets)
• Experience in managing Big client engagements / sales (US$ 5 MN +)
• Excellent track record of achieving targets for last 3 years at least. (need you to send numbers of achievement along with CV)
• Expertise in SA BFSI Market
• Should be able to manage Revenue target of 5 MN US$ and new revenues are about 30% of the total Target
• Excellent client relationship management within the industry and knowing key client managers across BFSI organizations.
• Experience in generating sales reports and follow the process (pipeline build up , forecasting, Invoicing, collections etc)
• Excellent proposition preparation and client presentations of proposals based on Zensar’s strengths
• Other soft skills are mandatory
• If he/ she has SA visa which can be transferrable then it is a preference ( i.e. CSV or PR ).
