Department: People Support
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide administrative assistance and support to the Manager and team on all Talent Management Processes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide admin support on all Recruitment & Selection processes, e.g. Career website, posting adverts, shortlisting, telephone & paper screening, vacancy tracking etc
Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings and workshops, e.g. accommodation & travelling
Update Performance Enhancement system and documents
Update departmental structures, e.g. organograms, job grade changes, job title changes, etc.
Budget control – process payment of accounts and keep record of cost centre expenses
Maintain databases and provide reports on the Sales R&S processes
General Office management, e.g. answering phones, ordering stationery; maintenance of office equipment, minute taking; filing, etc.
Assist with on-boarding of new employees, e.g. welcome arrangements and related activities
Adhoc tasks
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
A post matric qualification in social sciences or HR will be an advantage
At least 2 years work experience in HR/recruitment administration
Passion for and interest in Talent Management
Computer literacy: (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet)
Personal attributes, Specific skills / behaviour needed: Friendly, Helpful, Takes initiative and is Proactive, Positive can do attitude, Planning & Organising, Communication skills, Empathy, Building and maintaining relationships, Service & Detail orientation, Stress tolerance and Confidence
