    General Manager

    Job description

    It is based in the heart of Pretoria's cosmopolitan Embassy suburbs. It combines all the components to create a vibrant hub of activity for the Capital's most prestigious neighbourhood. This mall has a full complement of national retailers along with approximately 220 specialist stores. The responsibilities of this role will include to prepare financial strategies, formulate annual budgets, lease negotiations, tenant retention, just to name a few. The suitable candidate will have a minimum of matric and seven years of current centre management experience, a shopping centre management certification would be an added advantage.
