    Princ Marketing Specialist

    Job Description

    Scope Of Responsibilities

    • Engage with program managers in planning stage to provide insights based on prospect and customer data, prior performance, and system capabilities.
    • Act as expert in marketing data and tools, and how those are leveraged to drive results.
    • Define segmentation and testing opportunities for campaigns.
    • Assist in email content creation.
    • Setup, test, deploy, and track performance of programs.
    • Own landing page development and work with web optimization team to increase conversion.
    • Setup and monitor behavioral based campaigns, recommending opportunities for improving results.
    • Use data driven insights as well as A/B testing to optimize results.
    • Report campaign results, proactively adjusting or proposing future plans and communications accordingly.
    • Maintain learning around prior testing and results.
    • Identify opportunities across sites to feature assets and keep continually updated.
    • Work cross-functionally with IT to drive future enhancements and resolve issues.
    • Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure operating as expected, identifying opportunities for improvement.

    Qualifications & Experience

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong direct marketing background with a proven track record delivering business results and the following required qualifications:

    • 6-8 years of experience in direct response marketing, including strong knowledge of email and direct mail campaign and marketing principals.
    • Excellent database analysis and data manipulation experience, including experience working with CRM systems to deliver reporting and analysis.
    • Experience with Oracle, SQL server, MS Access.
    • Experience using database front end applications like TOAD or MS Access.
    • Strong HTML skill and understanding of java-script.
    • Experience setting up campaigns in Eloqua.
    • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Power Point, and Visio.
    • Ability to analyze and summarize complex data, identifying key metrics and extracting insights.
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Strong project management skills, delivering multiple projects on time with high quality output.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, MIS, or related fields.
