Job Description

• This role offers a unique opportunity to shape high-end residential spaces for a premier furniture firm, turning architectural concepts into breathtaking photorealistic visualisations. You will be instrumental in the design process, integrating bespoke kitchen and wardrobe collections into custom 3D environments that define luxury living for a discerning clientèle.

Key Responsibilities

• Photorealistic Rendering: Produce high-fidelity 3D visualisations of residential interiors that accurately reflect luxury aesthetic standards.
• Spatial Modelling: Construct detailed 3D models of client residences using architectural plans and precise measurements.
• Product Integration: Seamlessly incorporate custom Italian kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture pieces into digital environments.
• Interior Conceptualisation: Develop comprehensive look-and-feel concepts, from individual furniture placement to full-scale home design.
• Technical Artistry: Apply advanced lighting, textures, and material finishes with high precision to ensure visual accuracy.
• Design Collaboration: Work in tandem with sales and design teams to translate client aspirations into tangible visual assets.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Proven professional experience using 3ds Max in conjunction with V-Ray (a portfolio of work is essential).
• Design Foundation: A strong background in interior design and spatial planning principles.
• Architectural Literacy: Ability to interpret and translate complex architectural drawings into accurate 3D spaces.
• Industry Experience: Previous involvement in luxury residential projects is highly preferred.
• Detail Orientation: An exceptional eye for composition, lighting balance, and material realism.
• Delivery: Robust time management skills with the ability to maintain quality under project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture, or Digital Design.
• Experience specifically within the high-end Italian furniture or bespoke cabinetry sector.
