Bookkeeper at Digital Marketing Management (DMM)

Job description

Are you a bookkeeping wizard? Do you know what the numbers mean? Do you understand maths, have a head for figures, and like to keep track of how everyone spends the Company dime? If you answer is yes, then we would like to hear from you!

Specific duties include (but not limited to):

• Daily reconciliation of cashbook and bank statement
• Creditor recons
• Debtor control and invoicing
• Maintenance of Asset Register
• Reconciliation of month end accounts
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts
• Resolve accounting discrepancies
• Assist with the preparation of the audit file
• General accounting and admin assistance

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Bookkeeping or Related Accounting Qualification
• At least 5 year’s bookkeeping experience
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of Xero Accounting would be preferable
