Responsibilities:

As the Logistics Analyst, you will be reporting to the South Asia Logistics Team Leader. You will be responsible for the South Asia spare parts fulfillment activities and logistics operations

• Manage and monitor South Asia spare parts logistics and fulfillment activities which includes Parts Ordering, Freight and Warehouse Management as well as Customs Brokerage in the South Asia market
• Manage, monitor and control all relevant logistics expenses
• Manage all logistics service providers (warehouse, air, local transporter, brokerage, packing etc.) for fulfillment out of all Teradyne warehouses to South Asia Customers
• Coordinate and work with other departments or divisions to ensure compliant fulfillment activities
• Undertake and lead logistics/supply chain regional projects when required
• Manage the daily logistics operations, KPI reporting and required reports requested by businesses
• Superuser for internal order fulfillment and warehouse operating system if required

Requirements

• Good Bachelor's degrees in supply chain, economics, business or management
• Preferably with more than 4 years of relevant working experience in logistics related or order fulfillment operations
• Preferably with more than 2 year of relevant working experience on bonded warehouse and warehouse operations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of Incoterms @ 2010, ISO9001, GHS and FTA will be an advantage
• Project Management Skills, LEAN or Six Sigma Green Belt will be an advantage

Minimum Experience: 3 Years
