We are excited to have established a brand new team in Cape Town and we’re have a number of new positions available for Tele-Services Consultants to support our customers and teams at TAL in Australia.
As a Tele-Services Consultant you will be responsible for performing tele-underwriting and tele-interviewing calls for retail clients. This includes completing online applications with clients over the phone, responding to customer queries, and delivering the highest level of service with close attention to detail and compliance.
To be successful in your application we are looking for the following skills and experience:
Please note you are likely to be working early shifts to align with providing service to our Australian client base. Shifts are likely to be 5:30am – 2pm.
