Job description

Roles and responsibilities :

Work as part of a team which will:

• Do Enterprise data model validation and customization in discussion with different stakeholder groups within the customer
• Define Data Ownership and Access rights for different user segments within the organization
• Define Data Quality and Business Rules
• Implementation of the DQ and Business Rules and Migration data mapping within the overall Transformation program

Skill sets Required :

• 4-5 years of experience in data analysis, data modeling processes and techniques
• Hands on experience in data mapping, data quality and migration
• Hands on experience in building data dictionaries and data marts
• Participation in Data Governance and Data Management programs
• Experience in Financial Services Industry – preferably in Insurance
• Experience in working with Off the shelf data models
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
