We are actively seeking ‘Great People’ to join the Quintica family.

We are looking for a BMC ITSM Remedy Solutions Architect who has the following skills:

• At least 10 years of experience in systems analysis and design experience in delivery of BMC BSM solutions mainly on BMC Remedy ITSM product.
• At least 10 years of experience in delivery of IT Service Management applications
• Experience in a Professional Services environment.
• Understand the business of IT operations, Business Service Management and foundational level of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
• Ability to configure, demonstrate and customise solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving enterprise software.
• Two + years of project management experience
• Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications.
• Is self-motivated / self-directed – capable of multi-tasking and accepting change both in tasks and schedule.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
