Pricing & Market Access Manager at Alcon - A Novartis Division

Job description

Responsible for developing and implementing a Strategic Pricing Framework for the local market as well as continuously monitoring and evaluating pricing agreements and taking corrective actions. Provide support to the Market Access Manager with development of reimbursement dossiers, economic modeling, payer interaction, infield market access activities and development of local value story aligned with the Alcon pricing Strategies.

Minimum requirements - University degree ( Healthcare related / Financial)

• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Solid understanding of the local healthcare environment, pricing legislation and reimbursement policies.
• Previous experience working on developing reimbursement dossiers/ economic models will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
