    Recruitment Coordinator (Arabic speaking)

    Job description

    The role will involve some of the following duties:

    • To ensure the smooth running of the recruitment administration processes
    • To ensure all administration procedures and processes are fully documented for the on-site team
    • To work closely with the onsite teams in the UK and the Middle East to assist administration and initiate improvements in systems and processes
    • To work to set time frames for daily and weekly deadlines and have attention to detail
    • To conduct all administration surrounding the recruitment of candidates prior to, during and after engagement/employment
    • Acting as a dedicated point of candidate contact throughout the interview, offer and on boarding stages, and providing a high touch, concierge-style service to High Value Contractors and senior candidates
    • Interview scheduling and room bookings across the UK and Middle East
    • Managing contingent worker records in the applicant tracking system including processing all extensions and renewals
    • Confirming offer approvals and working with Recruitment Partners in London and the Middle East to ensure that temporary worker contracts are drafted, received and authorised to be sent to candidates
    • Managing the administration of renewals, extensions, off-boarding of temporary resources
    • Confirming completion of pre-employment screening in line with client policies and performing final checks to ensure contractor compliance before start date
    • Acting as the point of contact for all contingent hire and permanent hires and responsible for initial query handling as the first point of escalation, providing a high quality and responsive service
    • Work with consultants in London and the Middle East to format documents
    • Follow up with agency suppliers for both outstanding contracts and references, where necessary
    • Book meeting rooms for On-Site Recruiters and Team Leaders across London and the Middle East, as well as interview rooms for hiring managers
    • Assist consultants with managing advertising process
    • Maintain all central inboxes
    • Ensure correct data is maintained in Recruitment Systems and paper files through regular auditing and archiving
    • Assist consultants with the coordination of interviews and meetings to be set up as required

    Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.
