A driver of learning and a strong leader to impart skills onto other staff to ensure a productive department.

The Roles Responsibilities

• To successfully manage and co-ordinate the operations of the Hosting support department providing excellent support to our clients.
• Effective team management and leadership - from performance management to motivating the staff
• Scheduling of shifts
• Handling escalations
• Quality reviews and stat reporting
• Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement
• Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary
• Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
• Performance evaluation
• Effectively build and maintain relationships with service providers, colleagues and clients.
• Continuous improvements to ensure department efficiency

Requirements

• 1-2 years management experience in a call center
• Hosting experience
• Coaching experience
• 1 year call center experience - Thorough knowledge of call center operations
• Grade 12
• Good command of the English language
• 2-3 years’ experience in a Supervisor role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Decision making skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Interpersonal and leadership skills
• Assertiveness
• Ability to be analytical
• Well orgnaised
• Problem solving
• Solution development capabilities.
