We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our growing team of Wine Merchants in our Call Centre based in Cape Town CBD.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads
• Source and develop client referrals
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• follow up on sales activity
• Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organisational goals

Prior wine sales knowledge will be an advantage
