4556 Senior Talent Management Specialist (P7) at Central University of Technology, Free State

Main tasks

• Provide support in the implementation and monitoring of talent management processes
• Provide support with regard to Organisational Development (OD), Skills Development (SD), talent and performance management
• Maintain accurate records for OD-, SD-, talent-and performance management processes and interventions
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding Talent Management, OD, Training & Development, Performance Management intervention
• Assist with and/or conduct Psychometric/Skills Assessments

Minimum Qualification/ Knowledge and/or Experience       

• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or a related field.
• Five years’ experience in an HR environment with background/knowledge in Talent Management/or OD/ or performance management.
• Registration as a psychometrist or industrial psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

Desired Qualification, Knowledge and/or Experience          

• Postgraduate studies in Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least five years' relevant experience, at the required level.
