    Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager / Internal Recruiter

    Job description

    The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manager is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for permanent positions, as well as managing internal mobility.

    The position is based in our Sandton office but supporting the recruitment of one of our most reputable banking clients in the Middle East and Northern Africa.

    The process we have designed for our client has our dedicated TA&O Managers acting as the point of contact for Hiring Managers in a day-to-day requisition management capacity. Taking ownership of each designated position the TA&O Managers will engage with the HSBC Hiring Manager to understand the requirements for the role and the profile of the person they are looking for.

    Responsibilities:

    • Delivering the end-to-end permanent recruitment process for HSBC, acting as a single point of contact for hiring managers
    • Responsible for proactive sourcing against agreed role profiles, including developing market maps / market intelligence to feed into current and future sourcing strategies
    • Building and maintaining internal relationships with the client
    • Providing regular market information from both internal (e.g. MI) and external sources
    • Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets
    • Ensure compliance with all client policies (including approval systems, compensation policies, e-mail policies, cost management)
    • Liaising with all levels of management within the client to develop and maintain business plans, recruitment plans and organisational structures

    Please note that due to supporting a client in MENA the hours are Sunday to Thursday and you will be working UAE hours which will be 7am - 4pm SA Time

    Skills Required:

    • Previous recruitment experience (preferable within Financial Services/Professional Services industries)
    • Strong communications skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle
    • Ability to adapt to different locations and cultures
