Meltwater is expanding its Client Delivery team and is offering fast-paced and challenging analyst/account support roles for our RSA and African clients, within the Client Success team in Johannesburg. You will act as the link in a crucial part of our client life-cycle, between our consultants and Client Success teams.

What To Expect As a Client Onboarder
The Customer Onboarder will support the Client Success team in our South Africa offices. This person should be enthusiastic, hard working, and motivated.
The Customer Onboarder will provide on-boarding support and drive adoption of Meltwater’s products/services ensuring complete customer follow-through. The Customer Onboarder is responsible for understanding the clients’ solutions and bridging the gap to implementation. He/She will possess the proper product knowledge to train and guide customers, often from a more client-facing position. This individual should have a strong understanding in new media/social media, be a team player, and excited to learn about a variety of industries.
