Responsibilities

Check Point is leading the next paradigm shift in cloud and Threat prevention security and is looking for an expert to help growing the business.

The position requires the candidate to become a trusted advisor during the design phase and the implementation phases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in networking, datacenter, virtualization, Threat prevention and security technologies and proven ability and desire to develop automation and orchestration scripts that would integrate to systems like vRealize, OpenStack, Chef, Puppet and alike.

The candidate has to demonstrate the ability to think strategically about business, products and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

Customer And Partner Facing Activities

• Evangelize Check Point Cloud and Threat Prevention Security solution via customer meetings
• Develop existing and new accounts in conjunction with sales team through awareness, discovery, and relationship building
• Tactical support including, but not limiting to, Presentations, Demoes, RFPs, Workshops, Training, and Awareness
• Strategic support including, but not limiting to, Problem definition, Account & Relationship analysis, Competitive analysis, Deal Positioning, Value Building
• Close work with our alliance vendors (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Vmware and more), while developing mutual activities.

Knowledge Development

• Educate and train Check Point field and partners about the Check Point security solutions.
• Work closely with our global HQ Cloud experts & R&D team , while sharing feedback from the field and promoting new technical requirements (RFEs)
• Develop the Security DevOps knowhow. Develop automations with different orchestration tools. Educate the field about security DevOps.
• Share ongoing updates with the field & competitive updates

Desired Background

• 5 years’ technical experience in networking, security and datacenters
• 2 years’ experience with Cloud, Virtualization and NFV technologies
• Knowledge in Threat Prevention Technologies and penetration techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• strong hands-on experience working with large global conglomerates, along with working knowledge of software architecture and the enterprise software landscape.
• Experience working with large enterprises
• Very charismatic & very persuasive person
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the role across Middle east and Africa.
