The successful incumbent will be working closely with Line Managers based locally in SA and USA.

What you’ll work on:

• Advertise vacancies (internally and externally)
• Ensure the necessary approval has been obtained before the hiring process begins
• Review draft job descriptions before advertising
• Arranging face-to-face and telephone/video conference interviews over various time zones
• Screen and short-list candidates to ensure they match company’s cultural fit and have the technical ability for the position they have applied for. This requires a good grasp and understanding of IT Industry and terminology (Please not this will be test in an interview)
• Maintaining and establishing relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, Universities and other sources
• Ensuring all key stakeholders are kept suitably informed on progress of recruitment efforts and progress thereof

What we look for

• A skilled Technical Recruiter with proven experience in the resourcing key IT skills including Developers, Testers, Product Analysts and Scrum Masters
• A solid understanding of roles within Information technology and able to assess the level of applicants abilities
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizations, administrative and communication(verbal and written) skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to work independently or with little supervision
