Procurement Administrator at First Distribution

Job description

We have a position available for a Procurement Administrator based in Cape Town. If you have reccently completed your Bcom in Economics and looking to start building your career, First Distribution could be your starting point, we have an exciting opportunity in IT Distribution

Responsibilities:

• Purchasing stock from various vendors
• Placing the order on the vendor, checking all pricing and order validity before placing the order
• Loading orders in Accpac
• Checking that the stock is receipted and invoiced out of the system successfully.
• Confirming the ROE (exchange rate) on all orders received from sales.
• Tracking all price changes from suppliers.
• Responsible for tracking eta’s
• Working in harmony with the various teams involved in order to procure successfully (sales, accounts and the supplier).
