The Corporate Intelligence team based in Cape Town conducts investigative research for clients seeking to mitigate the risks associated with third parties, commercial partners, and other business relationships. Using an extensive range of industry-leading information and open source databases, the team helps clients make informed decisions about whom they partner with.

They are looking for someone who has an aptitude for research, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will perform due diligence procedures and assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of Corporate Intelligence. This will include assisting with all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries.

Job Requirements:

• You need to have a degree or postgraduate qualification, although if you don't have a degree, you will also be considered if you can demonstrate relevant experience.
• Experience required includes 1 - 2 years' working experience in a forensic services environment or relevant experience in investigative background or market research. Previous experience in preparing due diligence or Know-Your-Customer reports will be advantageous. Speaking a second language (fluent or advanced) will be advantageous and preferred languages are Chinese, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian or Arabic.
• You will rely on your excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), good working knowledge of data analytics, excellent report writing skills and ability to cope with multiple conflicting client demands through managing time and prioritizing deliverables and tasks to be successful in this role.
